Upcoming Productions Our next production will be Situation Vacant, a one act comedy by Ian Hornby.   Unemployed Derek doesn't really want to work, and wife Jane has had enough. After a row she walks out on him, suggesting he should go through the papers for a job. Enraged, he decides to advertise for a new wife. The series of applicants each looks too good to be true but are they? The cast of Situation Vacant Situation Vacant is being directed by Shirley Betts who also directed our prizewinning production of A Slight Inconvenience in 2009. Situation Vacant will be presented at Theatr Colwyn as part of the Drama Association of Wales' One Act Play Festival on 15, 16 and 17 April 2010.
